Eugenia de Uriarte is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Mexico City office and a member of the Healthcare and Life Sciences Practice. Eugenia has more than eight years of experience in executive search, working with international and national clients in healthcare and life sciences. In January 2024, she was promoted to engagement manager within the healthcare & life sciences and consumer markets practices, following one year as a senior associate with the firm. Eugenia joined Heidrick & Struggles in October 2016 as a research analyst. As part of the research team, she also supported the Mexico City office in business development activities and special projects. Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Eugenia worked as a human resources generalist at Mecanotubo in Madrid, Spain. Earlier in her career, she served for over four years as a local director with "Red Misión," managing social programs.
