Rani Patel is currently an Associate at PierceGray based out of the Chicago office. She joined full-time after completing a successful internship with PierceGray in the fall of 2023. She is deeply committed to optimizing organizational efficiency and growth, while also fostering strong personal relationships with candidates and clients alike and excelling in Executive Search and Client Services. Rani has recently completed her Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. In her free time, Rani enjoys cooking, Bollywood fusion dancing, and spending time with her friends.
