Shelly brings more than three decades of human resource leadership and executive search expertise to her role at Spano Pratt. She combines her deep HR knowledge and compassionate leadership to connect purpose-driven people with organizations. A thoughtful and intuitive HR professional, Shelly’s career is defined by service to others, she supports organizations in finding mission-driven leaders who align with their purpose and strategic direction. Shelly guides nonprofit clients in finding values-aligned talent who meet the evolving strategic needs of the organization, embody its culture and aspirations while embracing the heart of an organization’s mission. Her approach is rooted in genuine relationship-building, thoughtful listening, and professional excellence ensuring that every engagement is both impactful and enduring. Shelly combines strategic insight with a relational mindset to connect organizations with leaders who can drive impact and inspire growth. Prior to joining Spano Pratt, Shelly held senior consulting roles with LAK Group and MRA. She led regional HR functions at Coca-Cola Enterprises and Coca-Cola Refreshments. Shelly has partnered with a range of mission-based and corporate organizations including Goodwill of South-Central Wisconsin, Ellsworth Adhesives, Mueller Sports Medicine, and Catholic Memorial High School. Shelly holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse. She is a certified leadership coach, a trained facilitator of Fierce Conversations, and a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
