Meltem Ay is an experienced consultant with Friisberg & Partners Germany. Leading the firm’s Frankfurt office, she is also a member of the Firm’s Global Financial Services and Industrial Groups. Meltem has a solid background and extensive experience as a recruiter and manager. She serves national and international clients ranging from medium-sized businesses to companies of global reach in the Financial Services and industrial marketplaces. Prior to joining Friisberg & Partners, Meltem was a Principal / Client Partner and member of the global Financial Services practice of another international executive search firm. Before that, she spent over ten years as a consultant with other international search firms. Earlier in her career, Meltem was a member of the Investment Banking team with an American bank and also member of the M&A practice with an international legal firm. Meltem is fluent in English and German with conversational French.
