Holder of a Master's degree in finance from Audencia, Pierre-Jean chose to focus on HR functions and recruitment by direct approach, in which he finds more meaning. He learned the basics through two internships, at Haussmann Executive Search on the finance and real estate professions, then at Heidrick & Struggles, on corporate finance and M&A functions. In 2019, he joined Haussmann Executive Search as a consultant, on the Real Estate and Support Functions practices.
