Tom is focused on go-to-market leadership across both software and technology services, helping clients build out commercial leadership teams across the UK and Continental Europe. Tom specializes in recruiting revenue and marketing leaders into a broad range of scaled, publicly-listed clients as well as private equity and venture-backed organizations. Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Tom was a consultant at a boutique search firm specializing in senior appointments across Europe, with a particular focus on corporate function leadership positions for FTSE250 and Fortune 500 companies in the industrial and financial services sectors.
