Hilde is Managing Partner and Chair of Agile Executive Search and works with Executive Search, Interim Search, Management for Hire, and Board Recruitment in Oslo and Bergen. She has over 20 years of experience as a senior manager in the recruitment industry and has been a member of several selection committees. Hilde has held key management positions in Telenor, Adecco Group and most recently in Otiga Group where she was CEO. Hilde has also held several board positions and has extensive board expertise. Hilde has an MBA in Strategic Management from the Norwegian School of Economics.
