David is a trusted advisor to Finance and Accounting professionals within Insurance, successfully supporting global firms across complex regulatory agendas.
With over 10 years of recruitment experience, David specializes in placing Finance and Accounting professionals within Insurance firms across the US. Having started his career in London helping Insurance and Asset Management firms through complex post-2008 regulatory change like Solvency II, he is uniquely positioned to support clients in the US through increasingly complex and disjointed reporting agendas.

He has since supported multiple firms in the US through the likes of IFRS 17, as well as lending his expertise to a variety of other regulatory agendas, ranging from PRIIPs to GDPR. He has previously delivered on STAT, US GAAP and LDTI mandates for firms hires across P&C, Health and Life insurance as well as a host of other adjacent industries.

David is viewed by his international network as being an expert and true talent partner within a strategically vital area, that is often overlooked by traditional agencies as BAU. Having advised a multitude of clients through periods of dramatic regulatory upheaval, as well as supporting their strategic roadmaps for growth, David is capable of adding significant value to Talent Acquisition teams within the Insurance industry.
