Biba joined The Omerta Group in 2023 as an Associate based in London. She is part of the Corporate Functions practice, supporting the team with board and functional leadership hiring across all sectors of financial services. Biba graduated with a first-class degree in Economics and Politics from the University of Leeds in 2023, during which she spent a year abroad studying at the Berlin School of Economics and Law.
