Based in Munich and Salzburg, he brings twenty years of strategic management consulting experience, advising leaders on individual growth and large-scale business transformation. He leads our top team efforts in Europe and has been a certified coach for a long time.

Previously, Markus was a partner at McKinsey & Company. In that role, he worked with clients to solve their most pressing strategic and operational challenges, with a focus on business technology and cultural transformation. Markus has advised clients across geographies and sectors but holds deep expertise in the automotive, technology, and utilities industries. He began his consulting career at Volkswagen and has since held various senior roles at leading global management consulting firms. He was also CIO for a medium-sized firm.

Markus holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Augsburg and did his MBA studies at Corvinus University of Budapest.
