Allison specializes in recruiting projects for C-level management and senior leadership positions mostly with acute care hospital systems and emerging healthcare companies. With each placement, Allison focuses on cultural integration and the desired change within the organization. Her favorite part of her job is establishing a true, long-term partnership with clients. Prior to joining FGP, Allison was a Technology Recruiter with a national recruiting firm. Before beginning her recruiting career, she spent more than five years as a Senior Publishing Consultant with CreateSpace, an Amazon.com company. Allison has been with FGP since 2012 and has been recognized with the “Great By Choice” award and the Executive Search Division’s top performance award.
