Anna-Carin is responsible for our Public practice in the Nordics. She helps guide a broad range of clients within government, public affairs, non-profit and independent organisations. Anna-Carin has more than 10+ years experience of executive search, board advisory, recruitment and selection, acting as a trusted advisor to many of our clients in talent acquisition strategy. Before joining Alumni Global, Anna-Carin worked as a Business Development Manager at a leading human due-diligence consultancy firm. Prior to that Anna-Carin worked as a Senior Consultant and Business Unit Manager for interim management at an executive search firm. Anna-Carin has a particularly extensive track-record delivering searches for executives within the following functions: CEO & Board, Commercial, Sales & Marketing, Finance & Legal, HR & Administration, Supply Chain & Operations and Sustainability. Anna-Carin has experience in psychometric testing and is certified in personality and analytical assessment tools and she holds a Bachelor of Education from Stockholm University, Sweden.
