I joined Frazer Jones in 2017 as an Associate Consultant and, frequently travelling between our Milan and London offices, I specialise in middle/senior HR appointments based in Southern Europe. I partner with a number of organisations spanning across FMCG, engineering, financial services, eCommerce and pharma. One of my main skills is the ability to assist returning Italian and Spanish nationals back to their home countries, where they can bring their international approach and experience to their respective local markets. Before joining Frazer Jones, I worked for an IT/tech recruitment boutique, headhunting senior SAP/BI consultants across central Europe for some of the biggest names in the pharma and aviation/engineering sectors. Prior to that, I graduated in Business Administration with a double Major in HR and Marketing, at Hult International Business School.
