Patrizia Giangualano has worked for many years in strategic consulting, both in Italy and abroad, supporting companies, banks and insurance companies, coordinating the drafting of business plans, corporate restructuring and corporate governance projects, risk analysis and control systems. Currently Independent Director of listed and unlisted companies with positions in Risk, Sustainability and Remuneration Committees. She is also a Governance and Sustainability Advisor for medium and large sized companies, a member of the Board of Directors of Nedcommunity (the Association of Independent Directors) for which she coordinates the activities of the Reflection Groups and collaborates with ASviS, the Alliance for Sustainable Development in relations with companies as well as with Business Schools and Universities on risk issues, Sustainability, brand awareness and reputation. Co-author of the first book on the application of non-financial reporting, she initiated the collection and publication of “sustainable” success stories with the aim of sharing experiences and virtuous practices. In June 2021 she joined Chaberton Partners as Senior Advisor – Partner for Chaberton Governance & Value Creation.
