Júlia graduated in Psychology from the University of Barcelona and completed her higher education with a Master's in Leadership and Management of People in Organizations from the Barcelona School of Management (Pompeu Fabra University). After specializing in health psychology and completing an internship focused on diagnosis, assessment, and clinical intervention, she joined Euromanager in 2022 and began her professional career in the field of Human Resources as a Consultant. Júlia speaks Catalan, Spanish and English fluently.
