Simone graduated from Sydney University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree, Psychology Major & Social Policy & Administration and a postgraduate in Human Resources. Simone founded Mondo Search – an Executive Search Consultancy in 1998 and has interviewed over 22,000 candidates and placed over 2,800 leaders in business. Simone leads a tenured team who care about building long term relationships with clients.
