Emmi Teng is a trained clinical psychologist, who brings sharp insights and innovative solutions to her client work. Based in London, she specialises in C-Suite and CEO assessment, executive development, team effectiveness and diversity, equity and inclusion engagements. Emmi joined the firm following several years as a senior psychologist in the forensic field, providing expert opinion for court, psychometric assessments and evidence-based interventions for offenders within correctional and youth justice systems. Prior to that, she held various roles as a psychologist, assessor, programme designer and facilitator across healthcare and social services. She has also served as in-house consultant to an elite sporting team, advisor to a non-profit organisation, and has taught psychology at university. Emmi received her BPsych with first class honours from the University of South Australia, and her PhD and MPsych (clinical) from the University of Adelaide. She is an accredited clinical psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
