Jonathan started last year in March in the BI & DWH sector. His main focus is to find suitable candidates and build lasting relationships, and of course to create a win-win-win situation (which is what he loves the most about his job, ‘nobody loses’). Jonathan began his career with an apprenticeship in the hospitality industry and worked in that sector 4-5 years, as well as tree surgery and landscape gardening with his father. He describes recruitment as the perfect combination of creating positive outcomes by genuinely helping clients and candidates whilst building a sustainable career. In his free time, he likes to hit the gym, cook, enjoy sunny days outside and loves an adventure with his partner.
