Biography
Since completing his part-time Master's degree in Business Psychology with his Master's thesis "Recruiting Top Executives for Family Businesses", he has combined diagnostic competence with client-oriented pragmatism.
In addition to filling executive positions with a focus on the financial services, FMCG and the entire value chain of agriculture, he has been responsible for the Leadership Diagnostics business unit as a senior consultant and authorized signatory since 2024.
He provides holistic support to his clients, starting with the execution of executive reviews and potential analyses, and extending to the development of company-specific leadership and competence models.
