Pieter Ebeling is the Consumer, Retail and Digital partner and co-leads the Private Equity practice within The Netherlands. With over 10 years of experience within the executive search industry he helps his clients to realise their strategic goals through securing the best leaders. Furthermore, Pieter is an experienced leadership consultant equipped to analyse current and future leaders, individually and as a team. Previous to Odgers Berndtson, Pieter worked from Cyprus as an executive search consultant. In a previous life Pieter was as a psychologist in forensic psychiatry. He holds a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology.
