Prior to joining Amrop Finland in February 2011, Stefan was a Partner for a local recruitment consultancy company in Finland.

Stefan has extensive experience in recruiting senior talents for general management, sales and marketing, finance, HR, purchasing and line management positions in Finland and abroad. During his career Stefan has served clients from various business areas but mainly in Consumer Goods, Retail and Wholesale, Life Sciences and Healthcare, Facility Management and Professional Services.

Stefan is a member of Amrop’s Global Life Sciences Practice Group and its Global Consumer & Retail Practice Group. He is also a member of the Board in FEX (The Finnish Executive Search Firms' Association) and a member of The Finnish Association for Human Resource Management.

Stefan has a M.Sc. (Econ.) in Organization and Management from Hanken School of Economics in Helsinki.

He is fluent in Swedish, Finnish and English.
