Jeff brings 20+ years of Executive Search experience including recruiting for an agency, as a corporate in-house recruiter as well as owning his own recruiting business for 15 years. Jeff’s restaurant management and Operations Director experience has aided him in partnering and understanding both the client and candidates unique restaurant industry needs. He has worked the Full Life Cycle for his entire career while working nationwide searches including unit level managers, GM’s, mid-level Regional Directors, Corporate and C-Suite searches. He puts his knowledge and passion for the business to work for you. Jeff lives in Knoxville, TN with his wife of over 24 years and 2 kids in (and almost in) college. He graduated from the University of Tennessee with a BS in Hotel Restaurant Administration and a Business minor. Jeff brings to the table a strong network of both clients and candidates along with a reputation of the highest level of integrity and passion for the business. He is very much a believer in building long term relationships while also solving your short term needs. His style is proactive and assertive but he is genuine and honest in all he does.
