Verena is a trained nurse and holds a Bachelor degree in healthcare management. She gained her experience in the healthcare sector; starting her career as a nurse in the ICU and later on in a managerial position, being the business unit leader of the cardiology and day-hospital. In 2018, she founded her own personnel consultancy with the focus on training, coaching and executive search, including not only nurses and young graduates, but also experienced doctors. Verena has been working as a freelance consultant for AIMS since 2011 and joined as Associated Partner in 2021. Due to her positions held in the healthcare sector she gained a deep insight of the different facettes of the business Verena speaks German and English.
