Iris joined the Morgan Philips Executive Search team in Belgium to develop the Sales & Marketing executive activities. She started her professional career in Marketing within a multinational FMCG company. After this large experience, she redirected her career towards the talent management world. Her aspiration was to shape the talents and careers of individuals as the human aspect holds a strong allure for her. Since then, with a successful track record spanning over more than 15 years, Iris has guided companies in their talent management endeavours and provided support to candidates in their pursuit of talent and career objectives, in a wide area of industries. Being trilingual, Iris deals with customers in French, English and Dutch.
