Silvia has gained more than 20 years of experience as a Senior Advisor and Senior Consultant with a focus on Human Resources issues, on Managerial Training, Development Center, Executive Assessment, Development Models and Skills Matrices, Coaching and Team Coaching. She has worked in leading Consulting companies, including Key2people Executive Search and Intermedia Selection – Key2peole Group (since 2006) – where she has designed and managed numerous Executive Assessment, Management Training, Coaching and Team Coaching projects. She joined AIMS International Italy in May 2020. Previously, after graduating in Sociology, she began her career in a services company within the HR Department, dealing with recruiting and training until she became Head of Selection and Training. After this she worked as a Consultant in the Training, taking care of the aspects of didactic planning, and teaching in the Human Resources area and in the managerial skills sector.
