Molly is a senior associate in True's London office, assisting the team with the research and execution of searches. She first joined the team as an analyst early in the summer of 2018. She brings experience of hiring across the C-suite, with a particular emphasis on commercial and general management roles. Prior to joining True, Molly earned a First-Class Honours degree in politics and international studies from the University of Warwick, focusing on issues of international economic development. Outside of work, Molly is a keen film-watcher and good-food-eater.
