In recent years, Jessica has specialized in providing tailored talent solutions for accounting and finance departments, partnering with organizations to build teams that drive long-term success. She is known for her relationship-focused approach, deep market insight, and ability to deliver results with integrity and care. Outside of work, Jessica enjoys walking her beloved miniature dachshund, Emma, with her fiancé, Ryan, singing with her sister Jenny (who also works in recruiting), and spending time with her nieces.
