With over a decade of experience in interim recruitment, Ruth has built a reputation for precision, pace and trust, consistently providing senior finance professionals across CFO, Financial Controller, FP&A, and Transformation mandates. She works closely with investors and management teams across the full investment lifecycle, from initial acquisition support and integration through to exit readiness and beyond. Prior to joining Dartmouth Partners, Ruth delivered interim solutions across a wide range of ownership structures – from VC and PE-backed scale-ups to FTSE-listed multinationals – giving her a breadth of experience that informs a pragmatic, outcomes-led approach. Her commitment to long-term relationships, rather than short-term transactions, has led to an extensive network of trusted clients and candidates. Ruth graduated in Design with Business Studies. After realising, rather swiftly, that a career in design wasn’t for her, she began her recruitment journey in 2015 and hasn’t looked back since. Outside of work, she’s mostly outdoors, whether cycling, running, or hosting dinner parties with friends and family.
