Ariannah (Ari) Mirick joined Isaacson, Miller as an associate in 2012 and was named a partner in 2018. Ari has conducted numerous searches spanning healthcare, academic medicine, advocacy, and philanthropy. She has partnered with a variety of academic medical centers to conduct leadership searches ranging from deans and chancellors to chair and chief positions. In addition, Ari has worked on leadership searches for medical associations, community foundations, and public health entities. Through this combination of experience, she has built deep relationships with leaders across the field of academic medicine. Prior to joining Isaacson, Miller, Ari graduated from the Dartmouth Institute for Health Policy and Clinical Practice, where her studies focused on the health of women and vulnerable populations. Prior to graduate study, Ariannah conducted clinical research and managed the Center for Pediatric Clinical Effectiveness at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
