Pierre-Yves has enthusiastically accompanied many companies of various sizes since he joined the headhunting profession in 1995. He has built a solid expertise in the industry and in the broadest sense in the 'operations' functions. He joined Leaders Trust in 2017 with the desire to become even more involved in Executive Search. In the executive search industry since 1995, Pierre-Yves co-managed an independent firm before joining Leaders Trust. Prior to that, Pierre-Yves began his career at Compagnie Bancaire where he was involved in professional real estate financing. He then joined the Corporate Real Estate department of Caisse des Dépôts. A graduate of the Ecole Centrale de Paris, Pierre-Yves is a regular speaker in master's programs and in Grandes Ecoles. In 2010, he initiated the creation of an International Purchasing Master (PMTI) at Ecole Centrale Paris.
