Kristin Høy Lian is a Consultant at Amrop Delphi. She has extensive experience from leading global companies within management consulting and executive search. Kristin joined Delphi Consulting, the forerunner of Amrop Delphi, in 2012 from a position as Associate with Korn/Ferry International, where she was focusing on C-level recruitment and board assessment. In Amrop Delphi she covers a broad range of industries and contributes to recruitment projects in both the private and public sector. Prior to the executive search industry, she worked 5 years at McKinsey & Company as a business analyst and research team manager.
