Mr. Guibert brings an experience of almost 30 years in various Consulting firms, including 20 years with a leading global professional services firm.

Prior to Korn Ferry, Laurent Guibert held similar positions within a leading global professional services firm, and was responsible for global relationships and business development for a leading Consumer market company. He was also Retail Industry Leader for all lines of services in France and Retail & Consumer Consulting Leader.

Mr. Guibert has held several management positions in the Consulting industry, including a Business Unit Manager role heading a team of 95 consultants.

Mr. Guibert has a strong French and international experience in supporting large transformation projects and human capital management. He has assisted major Retail & Consumer clients facing strategic and organizational challenges. He has advised CEO and C-suite executives on the operational implications of their strategic decisions, supporting them in designing and implementing new operating models, adapting to cultural, business, technological changes.

At Korn Ferry, as Global Account Lead, Mr. Guibert is in charge of developing synergies within all Korn Ferry expertise and solutions to create value for leading Consumer market groups. Based in France, he is working at global level, supporting his clients in taking up their talent and organizational challenges in an integrated manner.

Mr. Guibert holds a Master of Economics & Management from the Paris II-Assas University.
