Molly Parsons is a Director at Nace Partners and joined the firm in 2018. Before joining Nace Partners, Molly worked in the NYC startup world at Warby Parker and Outdoor Voices, focusing on employee engagement. She lives in Jersey City and has a BA in Leadership and Rhetoric and Communication Studies from the University of Richmond, where she was also a student-athlete. Outside of work, Molly enjoys running, eating ice cream, and obsessing over her Portuguese Water Dog, Gibson.
