Her main areas of expertise cover the Financial, Professional Advisory Services, Healthcare, and Life Sciences industries. Prior to rejoining Pedersen & Partners, Dilara founded her own middle management recruitment company, which focused on supporting clients in the Engineering, Finance & Accounting, Financial Services, Supply Chain & Logistics, Corporate Functions, Life Sciences, and Sales & Marketing sectors. Ms. Paksoy has a diploma in Business Administration from the Southern States University, San Diego and bachelors degree in Public Administration from the Yeditepe University.
