Stefanie Zagnoli joined Amrop as a partner in 2021. She has many years of experience in managing organisational transformation projects in various industries, in particular in the Insurance and Public Sectors. As a member of the supervisory board of an international family-owned company, Stefanie has gained valuable insights into the Textile and Mechanical Engineering Industry. With her professional expertise in strategy, human resources, leadership and organisational development, she advises clients when it comes to executive and board searches across a number of industries. Stefanie holds a Master's degree in Law and an Executive MBA from the University of Zurich.
