Steve’s 20+ years of search experience span from his early years as a keen researcher/sourcing specialist, to his later years as a recruiter, trainer, coach, full-fledged search professional, and business owner. The turning-point in his career came in 1999, when he was named Managing Director of his then employer — a well-known Wall Street search firm.
