Human resources professional with over 20 years of experience in multinational environments, in the consulting, pharmaceutical, health technology and retail sectors. María José started at Accenture in 2004 as a recruitment specialist. In 2006, she joined the Johnson & Johnson group. She quickly developed her professional career at the international level as an HR Business Partner, actively participating in the development of Talents and Leaders, change management and transformation programs. In 2016, she became Human Resources Director for Spain for the medical technologies activity. In 2021, María José was appointed EMEA Regional Director of Human Resources for Johnson & Johnson's Vision business. She serves on the management committees of the medical technology and retail businesses. María José has worked alongside leaders in situations of cultural transformation and innovation, leadership development, talent management, diversity and change management, as well as the coordination of internal communication processes.
