Jan Wiegmann grew up in Germany and Austria. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (FH) in Business Administration & E-Business Management from the IMC University of Applied Sciences Krems an der Donau and a Bachelor of Science in general psychology as well as a Master of Science in work, organizational and business psychology with a focus on economic psychology from the University of Vienna. Mr. Wiegmann also has coaching training. His career in executive search began while he was studying for his master's degree in Vienna. First as an intern in a Viennese boutique and then as an administrative employee in the Vienna office of one of the listed global market leaders in executive search, Korn Ferry. Since 2020, Mr. Wiegmann has been working in executive search at PAWLIK Recruiters in Berlin and is working on national and international search projects. He has a total of 5 years of professional experience in the executive search industry. Jan Wiegmann's core competence lies in the handling of executive search mandates: identifying, acquiring and evaluating the most suitable candidates for the target position on the market as well as supporting candidates and customers in the selection process. Mr. Wiegmann primarily supports customers from the life sciences, mechanical engineering / industrial / IIoT, professional services, telecommunications and retail sectors in their search for specialists and managers in the HR, finance, marketing, general management and sales functions.
