Mike Broadridge is a Principal at ZRG with ten years of recruitment experience spanning Consumer, Industrials (Oil/Gas), Financial Services and Commodities. In addition, Mike has functional experience placing Financial Officers. Having been raised in an ex-pat environment and worked in Switzerland for most of his early career, Mike is fluent in English, French, and German. Mike started his career in Finance at Michael Page, taking over the Commodity Trading Function. He later established and directed his own boutique search firm, recruiting Commodity Traders, Risk Managers, Trade Finance Managers, and corporate function positions. Mike then joined a small boutique firm in the UK to establish their Financial Officers practice before ultimately making the move to ZRG. Mike’s area of specialty is in CFO and Finance functional placements across a multitude of industries and locations. Being multilingual, he is able to operate across all of central Europe. Mike has a bachelor’s degree in Management and Entrepreneurship from Lancaster University. In his free time, Mike enjoys skiing, weightlifting, motorsports, and spending time with his wife, daughter, and dog.
