Hans is the partner responsible for CFO Solutions at Boer & Croon. This team supports organisations in implementing and improving financial processes.
After his studies, he started his career, which lasted more than 25 years at IBM, followed by positions at Capgemini, HP, and Teleperformance. He is an expert in business process outsourcing, taking over and improving companies' financial processes through multi-year outsourcing programmes. Before his position at Boer & Croon, Hans led the Digital Planning Transformation team at Deloitte, focusing on financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and connected planning, integrating sales, production, inventory and financial planning.
Besides maintaining client relationships, Hans is also personally involved in project execution and developing new CFO solutions.
