Cosmo is a partner and Head of the CEO/BOD International practice, based in True’s London office. He also leads True’s Gaming, Media & Entertainment practice in Europe. He works with businesses in both consumer and B2B technology sectors placing CEOs, board members and senior leaders across technology, product and go-to-market functions. Prior to True, Cosmo was a partner at an executive search firm focused on the private equity sector, where he led search and transaction support assignments for private equity investors. He founded and led the firm’s digital practice, and previously led the technology, media and telecom practice. Previously Cosmo held a variety of strategy, marketing and commercial roles across the media and telecom sectors including at Channel Four Television, three, Orange and EMI Music. Cosmo holds a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD and a master’s degree in geography from Oxford University. He is the co-founder and chairman of the Knowledge Schools Trust, a group of primary and secondary free schools in west London.
