She also brings in-depth knowledge of digital transformation, IT strategy, data and AI topics, sustainability, and operations practice, and has extensive experience in international projects. In her role as Principal at TALENTspy, Natalie supports our clients in identifying and successfully attracting top-notch candidates. Her focus is particularly on private equity (PE) and professional services, with a functional focus on deal/investment teams, as well as IT and digital transformation.
