Tom founded Aptus Personnel (Aus) in March 2010. The foundations of Aptus are a true reflection of Tom’s personality – a friendly, open person with a genuine interest in the quality of service to people’s careers and the employers they choose. Tom’s philosophy is “if we don’t provide the best environment, mature fun culture with true flexibility in working conditions, we simply don’t deserve to attract nor retain the leaders of our industry. Ultimately then who are we to advise our clients and people on career choices?” To this day Tom continues to enjoy working with several key clients, mentor our consultants and is actively working on Life According to Murf focusing on coaching and empowerment.
