I am a Kiwi through and through (Tuhoe). Most of my life has been spent in Auckland with a few extended OE's through the States and the UK. I worked for 20 years in IT doing everything from Systems Engineer, Consultant and BDM through to IT manager. Often viewing recruiters as used car salesmen, no offence to used car salesmen! It was a strange turn of fate to be recruited, by a recruitment consultant, into a recruitment firm. However finding a niche in IT recruitment where my prior and varied knowledge was immediately valued as subject matter expertise was, as it turned out, a great fit.
