Specialising in HR, People & Culture, talent, and reward leadership roles, Monica works across diverse sectors and geographies, identifying leaders who achieve exceptional outcomes. Before joining Redgrave, Monica worked at a leading executive search consultancy, supporting high-impact leadership placements. Monica holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics from the University of South Africa and a CIPD qualification, reflecting her deep understanding of economic principles and HR best practices.
