He began his career in recruitment consulting at the Adecco Group in 2012, working in an agency specializing in construction and manufacturing. This first experience was rich in lessons and encounters. His passion for human contact and customer service then led him to continue his career at LHH Recruitment Solutions, where he participated in the launch and management of the Distribution, Sales, and Marketing teams, before leading them. During his tenure, he recruited, managed, and developed dozens of employees in the Île-de-France region. His listening and adaptability skills have enabled him to build customer and employee loyalty, while providing tailored support to his candidates. That's why, in 2023, Ismaël joined forces with a team of experts to found W Executive and apply his skills in team support. As a responsible leader, he ensures the development of his employees and contributes to the achievement of the company's objectives by bringing an innovative, agile vision focused on human values. Ismaël obtained a Master's degree in 2013 from IFAG, a management and entrepreneurship school.
