Years of research shows that only a minor part of success/performance is related to technical competencies and past performance. The rest is ability, behavioural competencies and emotional intelligence. I have a long track record conducting Executive Assessment and Assessment Centres, helping organisations to realise the full potential of their work force, i.e. Succession Planning and Strategy Implementation. Common for both areas are general knowledge about the market, understanding the client and delivering more than expected.
