Callum began his Executive Search journey in May 2021, when he joined the Gillespie Manners team. He’s since been able to draw upon his background in sales, and client-facing roles, to deliver exceptional service to both clients and candidates in mission critical staffing projects. Callum has supported on a range of projects for senior and c-level roles in multiple sectors. He now specialises in robotics and automation assignments.
