Timo Fiedler looks back on a successful career as a sales, key account, and unit manager in the IT industry. His focus was always on target customers in the financial sector, particularly insurance companies and businesses within their ecosystem. With over 20 years of experience in sales and management positions at consulting firms and IT service providers, he possesses in-depth expertise in this field. He also has a robust network for targeted searches and optimal matching of candidates to open positions. Structured project and process management, as well as continuous information and communication, are essential to his work with both companies and candidates. Timo Fiedler is particularly familiar with the specific challenges of personnel selection within the fintech sector. His focus is on filling management, sales, and specialist positions for companies with a technology focus or insurance-related services, especially insurtechs and IT startups. Practical experience is underpinned by methodological knowledge of modern leadership approaches such as Balanced Leadership, Change Management (APMG) or the development of digital business models, e.g. based on the DVC framework. In his private life, Timo enjoys spending time at his grills, is a long-time cruising sailor and a self-confessed nerd.
