He has a knack for understanding what drives businesses and finding ideal solutions for clients—resulting in many long-term partnerships. Dave has also been incredibly successful in developing our internal culture and making this an office where people are proud to work. Due to his emphasis on culture, Search Solution Group was voted the #1 place to work in 2018 for mid-size companies in Charlotte. Originally from Belleville, Illinois, Dave has made Charlotte, NC his new home and loves the city. With a background in Sales, Dave’s experience in building relationships and communicating ideas eventually brought him to the world of recruiting. Dave has been in recruiting for five years and loves finding the perfect fit for clients and enjoys improving lives on a daily basis by finding candidates their dream career. Outside of Search Solution Group, Dave can be found walking his dogs Gage and Shelby, while surveying his dominion in the Plaza Midwood neighborhood. Dave is a super fan of the St. Louis Cardinals and is a seasoned traveler with a healthy obsession for Charleston and a taste for exotic places, like Turkey and Egypt. Dave’s global travels have left him with a diverse understanding of the world.
